These are Merlin's real photographs, shared by his foster family and adopter. His injured eye was still present in the first photo; in the later photos, it has been removed and the eyelid is closed.

A little cat with a big heart

Merlin came into foster care as a frightened stray. He had a serious eye injury that ultimately required removal of the eye, as well as a leg injury that needed time to heal.

With patience and care, Merlin began to feel safe. This gentle boy learned to enjoy affection and the company of other cats and kittens.

Today, Merlin has a forever home of his own. His story is a reminder that every cat deserves kindness, comfort, and a chance to be loved.
